Refund-Policy

Once a winnings is added to the user's (Website name) account, it is non-refundable and can only be utilized to join leagues or contests organized by (Website name).

Confirmed transactions by (Website name) cannot be canceled by users. However, at the sole discretion of (Website name), users may request a refund under the following conditions:

• The user sends a written request from the registered email address.
• The cancellation request is received at least 2 days before the commencement of the round for paid versions of the Contest(s).

(Website name) reserves the right to refund the transaction amount after deducting cancellation charges and taxes, within a processing time of 5-7 business days. Users should be mindful of additional terms and conditions governing transactions during the process.

In case of conflicts between the terms and conditions provided by (Website name) and additional terms, the latter will prevail. Refunds apply only to the winnings used for contest participation and will be credited to the (Website name) User Account source.

In unforeseen events such as event cancellations, technical errors, or Force majeure, only the joining fee will be refunded, and no claims will be entertained for winnings based on rank.
